Front of house with Brett's well-chosen outdoor can lights
I might as well mention now that I was not even PRESENT when Brett chose lights. I mean, he's an electrical engineer! And he has great taste. I love his selections.
We were pretty far under our lighting budget on the house...so we added under-cabinet lighting.
BE-YOO-TI-FUL.
The iphone camera makes this light look pretty bright and harsh. Its actually not as blue as it seems. That said, we'll swap bulbs out for something warm and energy-efficient.

Tilework around fireplace. None of the tile work has grout yet, so it doesn't yet have the nice, clean look. Tomorrow!
Light fixture in guest bath
Light fixtures in master bath. There will of course be a mirror under the lights.
Tilework around master bath. The little lone dark accent tile...not sure whats going on with this but we called the builder tonight to have him use that type of tile on the other accent tiles. Again, there's no grout yet, so they will just swap it out.
The dining room table light is pinned up high. We'll let it down when we get a table in there.
December 10 cannot come soon enough!
The deck will be amazing in summer...ceiling fan going and a beer in hand...!
